There are generally several methods for maintaining the mixing pump:
Daily maintenance: Before working every day, check whether all parts of the mixing pump are normal. If there are any abnormalities, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. During the work process, pay attention to the working status of the mixing pump. If any abnormalities are found, they should be stopped in a timely manner and repaired.
Regular maintenance: Regularly maintain the mixing pump at regular intervals. Regular maintenance includes inspecting and cleaning various parts of the mixing pump, replacing worn parts, and inspecting and adjusting the hydraulic system.
Annual maintenance: Conduct annual maintenance on the mixing pump once a year. Annual maintenance includes comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the mixing pump, replacement of worn parts, inspection and adjustment of the hydraulic system, and replacement of hydraulic oil.
Maintenance method for concrete mixing pump: After use, clean the inside and outside of the equipment in a timely manner to keep it clean and tidy. Regularly check the wear of the mixer and replace it promptly if there is any wear. Regularly check the sealing condition of the mixing shaft, and replace it promptly if there is wear. Regularly check the sealing condition of the hydraulic system and replace it promptly if there is wear. Regularly check the oil level of the reducer and add it in a timely manner if necessary. Maintenance method for mixing pump truck: After working for a period of time, carefully inspect the welds on the rotary table, arm frame, and support legs. In order to reduce the risks and malfunctions during the pumping of concrete, it is necessary to use the correct pipe diameter and thickness, correct pipe clamps, and safety locks for the installation and maintenance of the mixing pump arm frame. In order to ensure uniform wear and prolong the service life of the conveying pipe, the conveying pipe can be rotated regularly: for every 5000 cubic meters of pouring, the straight pipe should be rotated 120 degrees clockwise, and the bent pipe should be rotated 180 degrees.
